Rules regarding cancellations and refunds for subscriptions

1. General Principles

AI Caricature Maker offers intangible, irrevocable digital goods in the form of credits that unlock downloadable content. Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds once a purchase is made.

2. No Refunds

Because our services (image generation and localized downloads) incur immediate processing costs and the results are digital in nature:

  • All purchases of credits and subscriptions are final and non-refundable.
  • Unused credits cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
  • Canceling a subscription stops future billing but does not result in a refund for the current billing period.

3. Exceptions

We may consider a refund only under the following technical circumstances:

  • Duplicate Charges: If you were billed multiple times for a single transaction due to a technical error.
  • Service Unavailability: If the service was completely inaccessible for an extended period (more than 24 hours) preventing you from using your credits.

Note: Dissatisfaction with the artistic style or specific output of the AI generation does not qualify for a refund, as AI generation is inherently variable.

4. How to Report an Issue

If you believe you have been charged in error (e.g., duplicate charge), please contact us at support@aicaricaturemaker.com with:

  1. Your account email address.
  2. The transaction ID or Order Number.
  3. Details of the technical error.

We will review your case and respond within 1-3 business days.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time through your account settings.

  • Effect: Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period.
  • Access: You will retain access to your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Credit Expiration

Unused credits from subscriptions or one-time packs expire 30 days after issuance. We do not offer refunds for expired, unused credits.

6. How to Request a Refund

Please send your request to support@aicaricaturemaker.com with:

  1. Your account email address.
  2. The transaction ID or Order Number.
  3. A brief explanation of the reason for the refund.

We typically process requests within 1-3 business days.

7. Exceptions

In cases of technical errors (e.g., double billing) or significant service unavailability, we may waive the above conditions at our discretion.
